DO NOT USE THIS JOKER. HE WILL RIP U OFF AND NOT COMPLETE THE JOB PERFECTLY. ALWAYS GETTING IN CONFLICTS WITH CUSTOMERS

The responsiveness of the contract is below poor. The owner David Tolliver was incredibly difficult to get ahold of and did not return calls. It was also very difficult to pin him down on a date to start and finish our project. He also required down payment and did not repay the down payment when he failed to complete the job. His unprofessional discussions led to terminating his business and contacting another more competent contractor. Recommend NOT using this contractor.
