I ordered an ice cream cake for a birthday celebration and it was pretty good. There were lots of compliments from the guests. The customer service was nice as well. I ordered on a Friday and needed the cake Monday. They called me on Saturday to make sure they had all the info they needed to make my cake special.

The only thing is, I wish they had given me instructions. That may sound silly, but the shop is about 10 minutes from my office where the cake was to be served. I thought the 10 min drive and walk to my building would be plenty of time for the ice cream to soften up a bit for cutting. It was very tough to cut because it was still so frozen...we even used a knife dipped in warm water. I think they should let folks know to let it sit out a bit before cutting into the cakes. Other than that, it was a great experience.
