One of their customers hit me on the highway and they denied the claim. I told them that I had the accident on video from my dash cam, they never responded to my emails or by phone. I have been trying to get them to respond for 6 months now. I finally got a hold of someone and they asked me to email the video; I emailed it and they wouldnt reply. I got an email several weeks later and they told me I couldnt email the video but I would need to burn it to a dvd and physically mail it. I've emailed them a few times over the past few weeks but nobody will return my email, I leave message for the claims department but nobody ever returns my call. They are hoping I get fed up and just go away. I have a brand new f150 and a video of the accident....Im not just going to go away. I hope people read this and decide to go to another insurance company, this one is completely incompetent.
