Great training. Really gave me an insight into what and how things need to be changed to keep our students safe. Look forward to learning techniques on the next training.

I walked in there not knowing what to expect, and I was mind blown it was such an amazing experience and I will attend more in the future. Very scary scenarios but the practice defense move is in a safe environment.

They always explain everything very well I like how they explain everything very well and how they work ion the entire body. I was pushed out of my own pace.

It was great to finally be able to go back to Stw Krav Maga last night. it has been a long while since i have gone due to recovering from lingering injuries from a bad car accident. i so much enjoyed hanging out with my workout buddy Peggy Henderson and working out with my favorite trainer, Bridget L. Kickboxing class ROCKED last night! Going back for more sooo assicting!!! feeling wonderful and sore!

I really liked the instructor I trained with each of them carefully explained how and why we performed a technique. It is always nice to know why you are doing something.

I admire the way you created seminars to teach folks some very valuable skills to protect themselves, and the support you offer to places like battered woman shelters. You’ve build a great company and your instructors are top notch and it ha been great to watch you grow the way you have,

I love this class so much I think this should be a mandatory class for all very informative I will now feel safe and well aware of my surrounding s thank you very much for the eye opener.

Every instructor pushes you and every class is challenging.

The new person who is now working there is a great addition to the STW family. I really like the intensity of the class and the defense combinations.
