Horrible. Took brand new silk dress. First time it was not cleaned and I took it back. Second time they faded the silk, totally ruined the $350 dress. Lucy was very rude and denied it was their fault. Not even a refund of the almost $20 dry cleaning fee!! Stay with Cowboy cleaners in 35 years they have never screwed us like this place.
