Pete (Our Service Tech) is fantastic and really cares about you and your problem, he handled all of our issues and then some. Took the time to find the problem, and went over the top to make sure it was fixed correctly. You can tell he really cares about your problem.

Kim was also great, all phone cares were answered and returned promptly.

A fantastic company! So happy to have a working stove again, Thanks Pete!

Good Service. Technician was quite knowledgeable, gave me some good advice that prevented me purchasing a new washer/dryer set (and saving me perhaps $1500) and they fixed my washing machine properly. Service tech was tardy, but, service was really pretty good. I'd definitely use them again.

Had an emergency in the middle of the night and they responded the next morning. Affordable and good service.

I've had them out 6 times and my washer is still NOT working. The first tech used 2 zip ties and charged me $65 for the service call and $65 for LABOR = $130. It broke within a week. The second trip he came and reached on my shelf and used some masking tape and packing tape in an effort to fix my washer. By the third time I told them to replace the part. It took the tech 4 1/2 hrs to figure out how to replace it. It broke 13 days later and I requested a new tech. Long story short 2 tech's in 32 days between 6 trips and it's still not working! I've spent $447 and it's still not working right. I've made calls and they tell you they will have someone call you back. Then no one calls back and that has happened several times during this ordeal. They can't find the paperwork in the office, make promises to call you as soon as the part comes in, which they don't. This last round the tech said he'd order the parts and since I've had all this trouble and spent so much money he wouldn't charge me labor. Then when he fixed it he turned around and charged for labor. I even talked to the owner and explained my frustration. He said he'd have someone out first thing in the morning. When I told him what time I HAD to leave for work he assured me they would be there early enough to get it done. I had to call back the next morning to see where the tech was and what do you know the tech showed up 15 minutes before I had to leave! I would not recommend them to anyone. I've given up and decided to find another service company to fix my washer.

This company has amazing custumer service and fast, efficiant service.

Mickey is an honest business man. He could have sold me parts that would not have repaired my refrigerator, instead he diagnosed the problem and told me how to fix it. No parts or extra charges. I have his number saved in multiple places so I won't loose it.

I am so thrilled I called this company. A friend recommended them. I had a jenair refrigerator that quit cooling. They came that same day and repaired it. The part I needed was on the truck. They were knowledgeable and courteous. I will definitely recommend them!
