I have used this company for a very long time and I've always really appreciated how fast their service was. I was very upset yesterday and how they treated me after I had called early in the morning and they had said to bring the vehicle by which I did after I rented a trailer when I brought it there... then I had some Spanish speaking worker treat me like crap and be extremely condescending towards.. me so we left the vehicle there with the knowledge that he stated he would look at it within 2 hours. My son and I arrived back after three and a half hours and then they told me to get my car and leave and wouldn't even assist me. After being a loyal customer for over 10 years I deserve a lot better treatment than this and owner Elioy treated me very badly.. Plus they took several cars in front of my car which was there longer that's unacceptable. I had another car that needed work and so did my dad he is lost a lot of business over treating me like this. Kind of funny his brother Alejandro and the other brothers never treated me as badly as Eloy treated me yesterday. TOTALLY UNFAIR... ALL BUYERS BEWARE.... look through ALL the reviews I'm not the only one who feels this way
