Great meats, sauce and amazing mustard based potato salad. A must when visiting Texas. For you wet v. Dry rub types, try the RUDYS BBQ "sause". The vinegar base will definitely win over North Carolinians. Super friendly pit boss who wont steer ya wrong.

Best Worst Bar- B- Que in Town

I love the come as you are atmosphere at Rudy's. No plates to shuffle around. It's like a family picnic minus the ants and mosquitos. And the "notsohot" sauce is a real "hottie" in my book! SLD
