the rosemont apartments are very nice the grounds and the interior of the apartment are great and the price is a great deal. the ladies in the office are helpful though unfortunately not very friendly. yes there are alot of people and children and lots of noise but it is an apartment complex after and thats to be expected. they do need to improve on their maintenance i have reported some things that need to be repaired since i moved in 7 months ago and have still not seen a miantenance person nor had the repairs done. it is not a very secure area my friend had his vehicle stolen my neighbors and myself had their cars broken into and things stolen. like i mentioned before the apartment and grounds are very nice and so is the rent, but security and maintenance of the apartment homes are a disappointment.
