DAVID from River City promised me Friday that if he could cross the creek where his yard is than he would deliver my 8 yards on Saturday. He said he would let me know by 7am Saturday 10/31/15 if we were a go... Because I had to rent some tools at the Home Depot less than a mile from the River City yard I went to check the water flow at the creek around 6:30am....I was able to walk completely across Ellison and was very certain that I could drive accross in my truck... I left, went to Home Depot rented the items I needed. I called the 5 helpers and told them to come to my aunts house at 7 so they could help me prepare for the cement to be delivered some time soon totally expecting David to be a man of his word. On the contrary, not only has DAVID from River City not called me at all, his phone is off, and he's left us with over $1100 in waisted tool rentals, cement coloring, 5 helpers we had to pay to do nothing. I leave S.A. tomorrow to go back home. I call for a Boycott of River City
