I originally called a local company in San Antonio called One Source with a part #. They in turn quoted me $91.?? plus tax, telling me that "this is the manufactures price"...when I know I can buy it from the manufacture's web site for 45.?? and get free shipping.

I called this reviewed company also with a warehouse located in San Antonio and was treated with courtesy and respect and quoted a bottom line price of 47.?? with tax. A much more deserving price for an instant gratification of picking the item up and not waiting on shipping. There were also budget sites out there selling the "same" pump for $38.??. But, I have found sometimes you get when you pay for and the time it takes for some of those items to arrive isn't worth the wait.

I Called Appliance Parts Depot about some parts for my 2008 GE Dryer. I was pretty sure I knew what I needed but the gentleman who answered the phone still took the time to walk me through the dryer's problem so I would get the right parts. He had the parts I needed in stock and the price was really reasonable. When we discovered one of the knobs was cracked inside they ordered it for us and we had it the next day. Our dryer is up and running for less than the cost GE quoted me for one of their repairman to come out. Great service, really nice knowledgeable staff.

Called looking for a heating element that has gone out once before. Spoke to Martin who was very friendly and knowledgeable, told me to bring in the 2nd thermostat as well as the element so he could test them both. I did and it turned out I had to replace just the blown thermostat. I had purchased the heating element from sears and they had zero help, they just sell parts. The guys here were very friendly and I will not hesitate to call them again if I need other parts. I don't usually write reviews but these guys deserve a thumbs up. Good job.

WOW, I never write reviews but this time I had to. Brian answered the phone and I must say was soooo helpful. He was nice and had awesome customer service. I was looking for a latch for my microwave. Appliance Parts Depot ordered my part and notified me once it was in. THE BEST PART is they saved me the cost of shipping which would have cost me double the price of the part. I have saved their number in my phone and look forward to using them in the future.
