They arranged the appointment at 11am, at 12pm I called them. I then received a phone call back saying I was next. They showed up at 1:40pm. Over 2.5 hours late and then had the nerve to charge me $85 to tell me they don't trust themselves enough to fix the problem. Unprofessional!!! I at least expect a phone call when you are going to be late. Technically, with the amount of work I did not get done today waiting, they owe me money!
