My daughter has been going to Dr Ramon for about 3 years he is a good doctor better than Dr Johnson but the office staff is rude the nurse rarely calls me back when I really need her too.I have to wait forever (or so it seems) each time we go we have to wait at the least 45min just to be seen they have my Insurance information so i dont know why we have to wait this long!!the office is always packed!as if they book more patients in one day they should. They say that their office opens @8:30am but when i call they dont open until 8:40 my time but when I show up my time is the same as theirs?so hows does that work?bad service to getting to be seen.would not want to go bk!
