Customer service advised me on how many pods to get for all my furniture. Also how many pods would fit on my driveway with my dimensions. On moving day the pods had arrived and only one pod could fit on my driveway. It was a weekend and they would not place the other pod on the street because of regulations. I had to ask my neighbors if they would allow me to put pod on their driveway. That was stressful and unexpected. I had bought insurance to cover for theft and damage, which they pushed. Don't buy the insurance! Customer service stated they cover for damage and loss. I bought this insurance only to regret when we received our furniture after one month of storage to be damaged. Insurance denied claim stating no coverage for damage. The furniture will shift when transported and stored. Never again!!! Next time we move we will get a reputable dependable reliable insured moving company!
