I went here based on all the good reviews I found. What a joke. The 2 ladies inside were rude and condescending. The young one cut my daughter's hair crooked and when I mentioned it, she tried to say it wasn't crooked, then finally admitted it was but blamed the growth pattern of the hair. All in all, a worthless experience. I do a better job cutting my daughter's hair for free, and am I'm not treated like crap in the process.

Providing great haircuts and customer service is a basic expectation for my staff and I will look into the situation. In the future, if you are ever not satisfied with a service, I recommend contacting the store manager or owner to try and rectify the situation. Feedback whether bad or good is always welcome.

Provided by YP.comMy nephews and nieces absolutely LOVE getting their hair cut at Pigtails & Crewcuts! The staff is always really friendly and the atmosphere is so fun for kids - they really have a good time. My nephew really enjoyed sitting on in the airplane to get his hair cut. It's kind of drive for us to get to Alamo Heights, but it's well worth it to see their smiling faces!
