I had the same experience. I was scheduled with his son Dallas. Told him I wanted a second opinion, which he said "By all means". Two weeks later I was billed $75 because I had THEIR xrays! My insurance covered xrays at 100%. The other doctor even called to ask to keep them longer and was told NO. BEWARE, they do not care about what is best for the patient!

Called to make an appointment with the office to see Dr. JERRY Patterson, not his son Dallas Paterson. I get the appointment and low and behold I'm stuck with his son to remove an ingrown toe nail.

Fine, how difficult can it be, Corpsmen in the Marines removed several ingrown toenails with no issue. So I stick with his son. He cuts the left side incorrectly causing me to get an infection, which I had to go back 3- times to get fixed (I was told I would not be billed, but was billed). Finally he had to get Dr. Jerry Patterson to come in and remove just a sliver of the toenail that he missed. Then everything was great on that side.

Oh and the three visits that I went to and was told I would not be charged, I was.....

Next Issue. The right side of the nail was cut out and he didn't burn it right to prevent the nail growing back! I now have nail growing vertically on the far right side of my nail, with, a space a skin where the nail does not grow, then the actual main nail!

Complete Incompetence! He messed up on both sides!

Also, again beware their billing practices!!!!! I was overcharged by ~$100.00 and when I presented my E.O.B. they said I was not entitled to the refund because the only1 of the 3 office visits was free and "EVERYTHING BROKE EVEN".

My co-payment is $40.00. How is it that 2 office visits @ $40.00 each = ~$100???



They are liars, rude, and their idea of sanitary in the surgical rooms is laughable.
