HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL! HORRIBLE SERVICE! Hard to get a hold of to begin with, I had left a couple of messages and Javier (the owner) didn't call back. Afterward, he sent a worker and serviced the house once for initial treatment and two weeks later to get whatever eggs may have hatched. Once those two services were done I had let my dog out to go to the backyard to do her business and she came back in infested in fleas! Called back and he personally came and treated the yard again, yet the flea problem persists! He actually suggested bathing my dog every single time i take her out and bring her back in from the backyard! Ridiculous! After calling to let him know of the problem he said that there was nothing he could do because he's already been here and that at most he could give me $30, $30 out of the $200 paid! What an insult! I highly suggest go with someone who will actually fix your pest problems and not just take your money and leave you in the same state you called!
