I have been a customer for approximately 4 years. The technicians have been good but dealing with the company is difficult. The person answering the phone tends to be rude, arrogant and acts is if she is in charge. When I have said that I'm an existing customer, I am told it does not matter in terms of providing services. I have been told that I would be charged the same fee whether or not the ground had been dug and the leak has been determined. They would start at $500 and then fees would be added as appropriate. I asked how is that possible and was told "that's the way it is". I dealt with some of the same attitude last year, but it is even worse now. The new Irrigation specialist told me that the owners are not like that. I can't pass the person who answers to speak with anyone else. Even the technicians told me she is difficult to work with as well as they are suppose to find bigger ways to fix the problem so that the bill is higher. So be it. I pay may bills and I have always been courteous but this was the last straw.
