Worst place ever!!!! Wait times are real bad, they over book patients. We had canceled appointments, over charged bills, denied insurance payments because of delayed claims by Monarch. We left almost a year ago and are still dealing with over charges and ins claims. We left to a Dentist in Helotes and can't be happier. Do not take a chance on this office, it was stressful dealing with them and with the ins. They wait months before they file with the ins company and a lot of the company's only pay up if it's filed within 90 days. We had to pay out of pocket of stuff that should of been covered under the ins.
