Not very customer friendly. They look like they are doing you a favor to answer a question. Seldom answer their phone.

Hugely overpriced for the plants they have. Nice place to wander through, but would never pay their prices. Not too many salespeople either. Could not find anyone to answer questions for me.

Just becasue I liked the looks of the blooms I was was going to put n my bedsI was fixing to plant the wrong stuff. The friendly folks at Milberger's showed me why that was not a good idea...becasue they wouldn't grow well here. And they got me the plans that will grow in our area. I'll be back in the fall for my bedding plants.

I ordered sod on Sunday and asked for THursday delivery. I specified AM and the sales girl told me that would not be a problem. Around 11:00 am Thursday I called and was told it would be the next order, about 20-30 minutes. By 1:30 pm no one had showed and I called again. Was told there was no manager available and that I could no longer recieve a refund and there was absolutely nothing to do other than wait for the grass. This place has AWFUL customer service and the prices at Lowes and Home Depot or Rainbow Gardens on goods were MUCH cheaper!

Great quality in a lovely setting with a terrific selection of plants & trees. Pricing is a real value for the qulity of service & products carried here. Very knowledgeable & friendly staff. Ron C
