I have been dealing with Midas on 3819 Fredericksburg Road for more than 20 years, and have been pleasantly satisfied with their level of expertise and great customer service. Most recently, I took my Ford Crown Vic to a privately-owned auto repair shop I had done business with before, to figure out why the car would not start. (but it would crank over the engine.) The privately-owned repair shop could not figure out what the problem was, after several days. Consequently, I had the car towed to Midas, who solved the starting problem, after they had put a lot of work into my car. (The car needed a computer.)..Yes, I am quiet satisfied with the level of expertise Midas has when it comes to solving obscure auto mechanical problems, as well as most common auto maintenance problems. The management is friendly, knowledgeable, and professional, as well as their mechanics.
I will continue to have my vehicles serviced at Midas!

I got my car serviced here and within a couple hours my car broke down. They didn't take responsibility for it and I had to pay them A LOT to fix it.

I have been going to Midas for about a year now. I have not had any problems with their services. They have always been HONEST, which is great since I am a female. I appreciate their assistance and the way they explain my vehicles needs to me. Great place, friendly service.
