I have a friend who works there. She tells me about a the favoritism and gossip that goes on and it is just despicable. They have a dumb blonde for a boss who is screwing the boss. Everyone else just spends the day gossiping about it. Fortunately, my friend is looking for another job and will be out of there soon but for those who even think they might want to work here, save yourself the waste of time. There are two old ladies that work there that will make your life miserable until you quit. This is not a good place to work!! Also, they don't pay! My friend is still waiting to be paid bonuses and overtime that she was promised. The dumb blonde told them they were going to get $2 for each claim and time and a half for overtime. Guess what, dumb blonde was lying!! Tricked them into working and never paid them. That is wrong to do to a single mom with children and a disabled elderly father!

I would not recommend this company to anyone. It is the most unprofessional and unorganized place I have ever seen. I had the bad luck of having to go there as a requirement for my graduation. In the few weeks I was there, I realized they utilize my school for free labor but made absolutely no effort to teach me anything related to my course of study. As a student, these were my observations.

1) The clients are stupid and have no knowledge of anything. They constantly blame the client for everything. I learned Ron from national laboratories is an idiot and expletives I cannot repeat. I would sit and listen to profanity for 6 hours a day. I didn't know how to do medical billing when I went to this business and sad to say, I completed the time there and still had no idea. I am learning at my job now and looking back, I cannot believe this place is in business. They have patient records laying around everywhere. If j were a patient, I would worry about identity theft. Anyone can go in that building and grab a handful of socials and everything you need to assume someone's identity. I wouldn't want to be a patient handled by this company for REAL!!

2) I was shown how to enter information for approximately 2 hours and set free to do the billing for various clients without a clue of what I was doing. I never learned anything at all at this place. I just put in the information and seriously doubt it was correct. Asking questions just annoyed the supervisor and she would refer me to someone else who had no answer. It was usually an answer like I don't know, just put it on hold. When I left, most of the entries I did were on hold. 3) There is no supervision at this place. The owners rarely are seen. The supervisor spends her day behind closed doors with the owners son. She comes out and makes some stupid remark and disappears again. The employees knock off until the supervisor walks by. The old woman who is in charge of the employees goes around whispering all day. There is alot of old ladies that work there. They all are good at saying nice things to the ditzy supervisor and she is so dumb she has no idea they talk about how stupid she is when she's not around.

4) overall, if you want a job doing hardly anything, where u can play on the internet, sit down all day and work Monday through Friday, this is the place! Pay I don't know about but everyone dresses poor so it's probly not that good. You get free coffee and popcorn. I finished my school and didn't get a job offer because the big fat girl and the old lady didn't like me. You have to be good at gossip to get hired. TIP: gossip, don't actually work and pretend you like the big girl and the old lady who is in charge.

5) As a business, take it to a competent billing form. This company may have been legit once, but it sure isn't anymore. They spend way too much time hiring and firing and bad mouthing clients. Their paperwork is all over the place. Their computers are mostly broken. Their technology is way outdated as are their employees. The nephew sits and flirts with the girls in his office and has cocktails after lunch everyday. There is no serious productivity going on here. You will lose money if you do business with this company. Guaranteed!!
