Very disrespectful customer service!! They do not act under the moral values that they say they teach. I had my kids for several months there and I regret the waste of time and money, not to mention the deplorable and dirty conditions that the school is like. It gives you a fake illusion that is run by a “family oriented” people, but if the truth is opposite as what a real family values would have such as respect, honor, emotional balance, self-confidence, as they yelling threaten you or your kids in order to feel themselves good about it, must be because their specialty is fighting in a cage, brutally and with no rules. That has nothing to do with Martial Arts. I don’t deserve to be treated badly as a loyal customer, but specially I don’t want to see my kids growing in such a classless and poor environment.
