Just purchased my 2nd vehicle from them and they didn’t disappoint. The Service department fully serviced my vehicle without any charge!

I went to go get my car fixed from the service center and they did it so fast. They even gave me a good price for the vehicle repair. I will always come to Luna when I need to get my car fixed and you should to.

It was amazing. They made sure that I have a great and safe car to drive. I would recommend this dealership to anyone I care about.

I have bought 2 cars from here. A Mazda 3 07 and a Mitsubishi Montero 04. These cars are running great. The management treated me very well. The staff was very friendly as well. I feel very satisfied as a customer and would recommend this lot to my friends and family.

I recently purchased a Mini Cooper from them and it is one solid car. While I was waiting for it to get ready I noticed how professionally they were checking the car. They made sure to fulfill the customers needs. The staff was very kind as well. This is a splendid car dealership.

Avoid this dealership at all costs. Been making payments only to find out they weren't sending the money to finance company! In house financing! What a joke! Oh and not to mention 1 month later after purchase. The transmission blew out along with the radiator!!

NOTHING BUT A HEADACHE WITH REPAIRS AND OUT OF POCKET MONEY FROM THE GET GO!! NOT TO MENTION ALL OF THEIR STAFF IS RUDE AND VERY UNPROFESIONAL . AND YES THEY DO WRITE THEIR OWN GOOD REVIEWS! AND THE ONLY REASON THEY HAVE A STAT FROM ME IS BECAUSE IT WOULDNT LET ME POST WITHOUT ONE.

I bought a car from them as it is I had some problems I mean they I came back to them and they made sure they fixed it I don't think any used dealership would have done that

We purchased a car from Luna car center in december 2012. We just moved here from Europe, so didn't have any credit score built up and weren't able to get a loan from the bank. We ended up financing it directly through them, at a mind-blowing 25% interest rate. Let's be honest though, you need a car in Texas, so we ended up signing. Before we did though, I specifically asked them whether we would have to pay the entire interest amount (as if we would have payed off our car over the said three years), or whether it would just be the amount of the car left. They assured us we would only have to pay the car part of the amount left on the loan. However, Luna Car Center decided to sell our loan to Midatlantic finance. One year later, I'm trying to refinance our car through our bank, which would result in a much lower interest rate. However, Midatlantic Finance now says that we have to pay off the entire amount, as if we would pay interest for the next two years as well. No matter what we do, we have to pay the full 25% interest on our car. I called Luna Car Center about it, their answer is: well, that's just business. They could have told us they would sell our loan causing us to have to pay this ridiculous amount of interest. I would never have signed anything if I even remotely knew that that was an option! Please, do not finance your car through them, they are liars and will tell you anything to get you money!

Betty helped us find and get into the car we wanted. She also made sure some minor repairs were done and the car was cleaned up when we drove it home.

This place is the worst most shady place I ever delt with in my life. on top of it all i no someone who works there and was told they write their own good reviews cause everybody else says they suck. bought a new truck 2days later 1800 dollars worth of repairs. stay away from al star biggest crook. he let me do the down payment in payments and walk away with the car without insurance. they are shady shady wrooten bastards. hope they go out of business and freaken go to jail. and the star means nothing they shouldnt even get one except its the only way i can get a review in.

Most of the positive reviews are obviously from employees. The salesman are crooked scammers. They tried to stick me with in house financing in a busted up car with a shattered windshield. Went somewhere else, got bank financed in a newer, lower milage vehicle for less. If you want typical shady used car salesman, then go here. If not run, don't walk, as fast as you can from here.

Does anyone else find it the least bit coincidental that the days the "awesome reviews" are given they are all on the same day....which is also the same day that someone from Luna logged in to say something?? LMAO!!! Like all these people had such wonderful experiences they all decided to log into yp.com on the same exact day and post rave reviews....hahaha!

Luna car center goes above and beyond for their customers. I recently purchased a vehicle from Luna , they worked with me when every other dealership denied me based on my credit. Being a single mom and running out of options they reassured me that they would do everything they could to work with me. The finance department was able to find a bank that would finance me and I'm am now driving my new car. I couldn't be happier with my experience there and working with the wonderful staff . I highly recommend buying your next vehicle from them especially if your somebody like me who has horrible credit and few options.

Luna Car Center has been very helpful to me i purchased a Beetle and they did a great job in helping find a vehicle but besides that 15 days after purchasing it my compressor broke on me and Luna Car Center were so kind and patient with me in trying to help me fix my compressor. If ANYONE NEEDS A CAR i RECOMMEND LUNA CAR CENTER is the place TO GO.
