Washer repair

My washer croaked a few weeks ago, and Bob came out that same day, within a few hours of being called. Looked inside, told me what part was needed, how much it would be, picked it up in less than an hour & installed it.

Fastest, most perfect repairman ever. It's been a few weeks and it's still running great.

Although I would have appreciated an initial estimate, the final cost was about half what I had expected to pay.

Bob himself was very nice and didn't mind explaining what he was doing, step by step. He's definitely my first choice for any future repairs!

LG washer

I began having problems with my LG front load washer about 6 months ago. After several resets of the motor, it finally stopped moving all together. It would fill with water but the tub wouldn't move to wash/rinse/spin. I contacted LG and was given the name of several service techs in my area. After pricing a few, I found the best price with L.E.S. Company. Bob came out and serviced my washer. It was a very simple fix (sensor assembly)and my washer is now working great. I appreciate the honest price and knowledgable service. I will call them again for any appliance repair and would highly recommend their service to anyone.

Thanks again!

microwave service

my 13 year old kitchen aid built-in microwave quit. i contacted kitchen aid about getting spare parts and was told they were no longer available. they told me that i needed to replace the baking oven and the microwave as a unit at the tune of $ 3300.00. bob came and suggested that i order a new built-in microwave in the dimensions needed and he would install it for me. since the dimensions have changed over the years he was able to adjust the new trim that i needed to fit the wall unit. my cost was approximately $ 300.00 and i saved $ 3000.00. bob is a repairman that cares and i can highly recommend him.
