Apartments are horrible. They only have one maintaine person and he doesnt even fix anything plus if he does he doesn't clean up after he finishes. Plus the land lady isnt in the office when she is suppose to be there. Plus you have to call the code enforcement officers just to have anything accomplished. Plus she rather rent to mexicans than anyone that is really wanting an apartment plus there is always cold water. And the emergency maintance doesn't even pick up the phone. So if u do have an emergency you better figure it out yourself.
