Employess of your company IE 1st shift are not happy. I am letting you know now, before it gets to the labor board, for discrimnation . seniority is being thrown out the window. Also supervisors hugging and kissing employees. senior emploees are being told they have to move to another shift, with lower pay, while other employee with less seniority are being told they can remain on there shift, If you do not speak spanish you receive no information. IRS managers and employees are also seeing this. The office In Kansas Cirty Has been Conteacted about this with no feedback to employees. The supervisors are Beanda And Anna. Yes I work on this shift , and it is not jhard to figure out who I am. There will probily be a lot of problems for me for reporting this but something has to be done, before it gets more out of hand THANK YOU BILLY G. YOUNG JR.
