I have never had such a horrible experiece.!! Had a 12N appointment and arrived at 11:55pm. Isa asked if I was George Garcia's appointment, to which I responded yes. No one ever said another word to me. At 12:40, after finishing the client before me, George proceeded to begin on an entire family of walk-ins! Seriously! I hadn't taken the time to have a haircut since early October and was so excited. AWFUL!
