They came out and did flooring in our home. They did a good job but, we found some mistakes that need to be fixed. That's fine, no big deal. BUT, I've called them for 2 weeks straight and I cannot get them to call me back to fix repairs. I mean really, who puts a chipped tile on a fireplace, knowing it's chipped and doesn't immediately change it out with the tile that is not chipped? There are also holes in the grout and that has to be fixed. Haven't heard from them but would love too. We were actually thinking about using them again for even more work but, not until this gets fixed. If I had my own company, I sure wouldn't want to have a bad reputation. Do the right thing, fix the mistakes.

Find someone else to do the work. Expensive and liars.

Got tired of calling to fix some areas that were not finished.
