The owners are nice and will work with you. They are fair too. They will initially provide you with an estimate.
The Zeon Zoysia grass is beautiful but about 5% of the sod pieces are not because they are missing grass and/or are cut thinner than the others.
The installers hustled and were not rude, mean or vindictive like other contractors. Their best work was nicely contouring the grass around walkways and garden beds. Thier downside was properly rolling the grass...they didn't put enough water in the cannister to make it heavy enough to be effective.
The owner promised to return in 10 days to deeply water the new grass and possibly replace the bad pieces...this was not done.
