Feb 2023 and still no plaster guy for my pool or my neighbors. You sent one new contractor to assess my property and fix the removed tiles of my neighbors. Then no communication with you for months.  At what point  do you think we will just give up?Are you going to send plaster people that were required at the JULY 2022 punch out?
Just fix what you were paid for. Shame on you for treating disabled combat veterans this way.
We expected better.  subcontractors Did not cover my fencing or house, causing damage to both. Then your fox was to pressure wash house and fence, causing extensive damage to both. Oh yeah and our faucet and neighbors FAUCET are still leaking waiting for you to install the residential building code required pressure valves! their response...
The remaining line items that need resolution would be as followed: Autofill  Fence Plaster
Below are Gary Pools response to the line items remaining on your pool:
• Autofill is installed per code and will have some water loss or leaks when the autofill is being turned on and off. The vacuum breaker installed is to relieve pressure when the unit is being turned on and off.
• As for your fence, Gary Pools stands by the goodwill credit offered, once all reviews have been removed, for damages caused to the fence from pressure washing during Gary Pools attempt to remedy the structure. My research deemed that we have set and maintained expectations through our company based on previous conversations with Paul.
• I have presented two options to resolve this matter:
• on 1: Drain, sand, and patch the area around the main drain. Gary Pools cannot be held liable for the matching of color variations when doing a patch.
• On 2: Without doing a patch, Gary Pools will drain and sand rough areas in the pool. Gary Pools has deemed your plaster to be in good condition.

3 quotes stated it would cost 1600 to 3200 to repair the damage to my HOUSE AND FENCE. AND WE HAVE A TIMER NOT A VACUUM VALVE.

My landlord seems to think he can take care of the pool himself. It was always green and convinced us that the pool would never be clean due to the trees. August I went into the pool once for 45 min. Hair ended up breaking off and got sores after a shower. The landlord said the pH was too low but didn't know why. After fighting with landlord to get a professional he called Gary’s Pool. Dealing with this has been a nightmare and after 10 mins of talking with Ed from Gary’s I knew this could have been easily avoided. He tested the water and evaluated the whole system within minutes. Ed had spot-on logic all based in chemistry and science. Since his one visit I have never seen the pool look so clean. There are zero algae, the water looks beautiful, and I tested with the test kit and it’s a vast improvement on levels. I also put my arms in and let the water dry as a test and my skin was soft and smelt a little like chlorine. Just like a pool should feel and absolutely no irritation. I’m so excited to be able to use the pool and not have to worry. My landlord was trying to argue shutting down in Nov because it’s too difficult to maintain. I was so grateful that Ed wasn’t discouraged or just wanted to make the customer happy and informed him that he can handle this pool all winter long. That he handles larger pools with 10x the trees. I appreciate Ed standing up to my landlords’ nonsense because my boyfriend is a disabled veteran and we use the pool especially in the cold months for physical therapy. Another thing I wanted to mention is that Ed made sure that our dog would be in the house during service. He wanted to make sure that he didn’t get near any chemicals. That's super important to us that he's looking out. I would recommend anyone to use Ed from Gary’s Pools. He knows what he’s doing and will get it done with no problems. We feel so lucky our landlord finally did something right and hired such a great company. Thanks, Ed, for being such an expert in your craft!
