I have bought a sofa in this store. The wrong sofa was delivered. I wasn't able to get all my money back, they shorted me for 120$. The sofa that I have bought was sold to someone else, or at least that what I was told. Honestly, if you value your time and money avoid Furniture Zone

These people are unprofessional, unreliable and unorganized. Ordered dressers and a grandfather clock. They don't deliver when they say they would. Gives you the run around. Sent clock back twice first time it didn't work second saw the delivery guys drop it off the truck. Bought items in October 2015 now June 2016 they keep harassing calls saying our account is not paid. WASTE of my time taking my paperwork showing we paid when they had the paperwork right in front of them. NEVER AGAIN MAKE YOU PAY WITH CHECK OR CARD NO CASH SO YOU CAN LOOK BACK AT YOUR RECORDS... BUYERS BEWARE
