They started and finished on time. Throughout they were professional. I would hire them back again for my next project.

Wasted my time. My call to complain was received with "scripted apologies" for the inconvenience. Glad I discovered the lack of professionalism from the corporate office down to the call center before I hired them! Would NOT recommend.

A business that does not respect my time (no show/no call for a scheduled appointment) and suggests I "calm down" after I show my frustration of not being transferred from the call desk to a supervisor upon my third request is NOT a business I would recommend to anyone. I would like to add my experience with the corporate office representative proved to be another source of frustration; not only did I take time off work to be stood up, I also wasted my time on calling to complain. This is a company that lacks respect for its customer BEFORE it has even earned their business.
