Don't buy any home without having it inspected first by Mark! Mark is great, very thorough. He is also very honest and ethical meaning he works for you and will tell you everything you should know before making the decision to buy or not. He is not there to please the real estate agent or the title company but he is there for you the buyer. He will walk you through if you want, explain you the problems and eventually prevent you from making a big mistake and buying a place that is not sound. With Mark as an inspector you will have no bad surprise and you will know exactly everything you need to know about the place you are looking at buying. We need more people with the same ethics and level of expertise!
