You would be better off with any other roofing company. Do you research.
Communication is not there. very difficult to contact them once they get a hold of your check. Lack of urgency.

This Company is completely unprofessional. In any business relationship you need trust between the parties. Do not trust this company. They do not return your calls after you give them a deposit and if you visit their office no one can answer your questions. I didn't trust my guts, shame on me. At least I paid with a credit card and I was able to dispute the charge letting the credit card company deal with them. My advise, stay away from this people.

Stay away from this company lack of communication, this company ask for a 60% down payment up front and they do not return calls. When I got in contact with this company they lie about ETA. It is going on three months and no ETA they told me that per contract they have up to one year to fix my roof. At this time I have water damage in my house and they refuse to return my money. If their is an attorney reading this complain please contact me.

Do not do business with this company. They do not respond when contacted. Once they get your money, they act very unprofessional. When they get your money they feel as though they have a right to keep it even though they have not done or attempted to do any work. Please research them on BBB website. They contract with homeowners to do work in cities in which they are not registered or have no permission from the city to do work.

I needed a new roof due to hail damage and making the decision to go with Durizon was the best decision I could make. Not only did they come next day they got my roof done within a week. They were able to explain everything that from insurance paperwork to what the next steps were going to be and even kept in contact with me to inform me of when the supplies were being delivered and when the roofers would be putting my new roof on. Anytime I need any kind of work done Durizon will be the only people I choose. Thank you.

Bad business. unreachable. waiting for the work to be done for over 3 months and they still dont have an ETA.

They Lied and ignored our phone calls-horrible experience! Total run around! Contacted lawyer to get insurance money back form them. Go somewhere else-save your time-so frustrating ����

I had hail damage that required replacing all the shingles and I was paying out of pocket. After scouting out quotes, Durizon roofing and one other company were kind enough to do a quote for me. What set the two companies apart was the attention to detail paid to assessing the roof from inside and out and the ability to answer my questions to my satisfaction. The quote I was given was lower than the other company and the turnaround time to completion of work exceeded my expectations. Throughout the project planning and execution, I had good communications with the project manager, any issues I had were noted and addressed. Good job,

The most important aspect of Durizon is that it is a local company which is very important when matters need to be resolved. Durizon also has experts when dealing with solar panels which it was the case for my home. They were very detailed and careful when removing them and placing them back in same order as before. The roof replacement was flawless and all workers were very respectful. I referred Durizon to my brother and they are also doing his roof and plus will also be referring them to my neighbor. You can't go wrong with this roofing company.

Durizon roofing & construction, LLC has made my house into a HOME for my family. They beat all competitors prices by a landside, they worked to meet all of our needs, and meet every standard we had set in place (I am a very picky woman).

The office staff is very accommodating & answered every question we had, no matter how ridiculous they were. This company works hard & completed are roof within one day of receiving material.
