First all these place don't know how to keep your word and once they make the sell they try to make you stay with what they installed. A word of advice read before signing because they'll tell you one thing and they install something else. Also the manager ever heard tries to force and keep the wrong installation. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. GO AND SPEND YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!

Too much to tell but very un satisfied... Would highly not recommend. Don't feel like giving custom sounds the time to explain why my experience was rated so low. Their corporate offices as well as store locations all reflect on each other. No use going to them or directing your time to their establishment seeing that they will not give customer service to all equally. Very poor managed corporation and am sad to say I spent any money with them. There are many more stereo and tint installers around San Antonio that you would be much better off going to. If reviews from others help me to decide on where I would like to spend my money and time then to the ones whom read this please take it into consideration when making a decision for yourself. Disappointed at the highest of levels. Learned from my mistake and can only hope others do not make the same one as I did.



I did contact the corporate office in concern of the multiple issues I encountered and not to my surprise their so called (District Manager) whom works(ed) at the San Pedro Location was the one who contacted me. At the end of it all though the outcome didn't change. They say they don't usually work like this but could only say their employee dropped the ball... Whatever excuse that is.. Unfortunate but no one that seems to work for this company (high rank or low) seems to like their job or is just a poor motivated individual. I like to call it Lazy in its simplest of forms. Doesn't surprise me. Ha should of went to college or worked harder at finding a better job. I suggest ya'll start by fixing your staff or training them at customer service and honesty better because I can promise you if it is not addressed the only outcome is failure. ANYONE LOOKING FOR ANYTHING TO DO WITH THE COMPANY I STRONGLY ADVISE TO STAY FAR AWAY..

They are the best I alwasy recommend everyone here because they do the best job.

Nothing makes a new car stand out in a bad way, like a botched tint job. Fortunately, all of the installations that I've had have been professionally done. In the past 12 years, I have had the windows tinted on my vehicles on 4 different occasions at 4 different locations. My most recent installation was done at Custom Sounds on San Pedro for my wife's car. Out of all the installations this one looks the best, and I highly recommend using them for future installs!

Great service and friendly folks

When I went in to custom sounds I worked with a group of professionals who were giving great advice for my new system. A gentleman named Hassie worked put a great deal and plan for my car. With the cooperation of the manager I needed the car finished by a certain time 2pm so I could make an appt. Keep in mind I got there at 10am. They promised me it would be done by 2pm and it was. Exactly at 2pm as promised the car was finished. Hassie was so good with his customer service he advised me to pay $50 for a two year warrantee that covers all parts no questions asked. If the sub woofer blows or amp stops working they will replace it on the spt without any shipping or hassle. They also made a recommendation that was very cheap, something called hush mat. The cost was only $79 and stopped all the rattling in the trunk. I could not have asked for a better experience

Roj and Joel did a fantastic job installing my focal speakers, JL Audio amp, IL6, and Hushmat. Simply impeccable work and I am more than impressed with the sound. Gus is a consummate professional and really worked with me to get the set-up I wanted. This is my second time getting work done here and I will definitely return. Thank you!
