As a result of Crystal's attention to her customers, I refinanced my vehicle through State Farm Bank. In Crystal's absence, Melissa Perez helped me with the process. She was courteous and kind. She helped with all the paperwork, called back when she said she would and stayed involved in the process, until it was completed. If there was something she wasnt sure about, she found out and responded quickly. Her level of customer service is refreshing in todays business climate. Thanks to Melissa for her hard work. I really appreciate everything she did to make this an easy transition. I was considering moving to an agent here in Dallas, but after this experience, you have my business, no matter where I live.
