A recent divorce left me with less than great credit and Jd Byrider went above and beyond to help me get into a car The staff was polite helpful and professional and worked with my down payment I even got a check for sending a friend who bought from them as well I would definitely recommend buying from them

It was an ok experience but overall the service was good.
What i didnt like is that my car had a check engine light the second day i had the car but thankfully the issue got resolved right away.

I recently bought a vehicle in March 2010. Since having this vehicle it had been in the shop 4 times and I have had to replace at least 5 tires from the front two. I have already spoke with the company and they will not take it back unless I have $2500 balance. $10,000.00 for this van and its not worth a penny. Granted the service department has been good but why do I keep having to bring it in?
