Went to this place on the same day as Cradle Couture. Both are overpriced. Service at Bless Your Heart is nonexistent. I wasn't greeted when I came in and never was acknowledged. Prices are way too high for items that are imported from China.

What a quick response these ladies have when it comes to users that are unhappy and show it online, but on the phone that wasn't the case. I think the user review area is for actual customers that have bought items to review "your" business....not for you to review your own business.....again...what a quick response!

If you only have time to go to one shop for lots of different girls - go here!!! I adore this shop and have never made it out of the store with out a treat for my self. Consider yourself warned...you will buy more than planned.

Bless Your Heart has a great selection of Vera Bradley, Jewelry, Clothes and Gifts! I have never been disapointed with what I bought and have always left happy. Any store that plays ABBA songs makes my day!!

The customer service here was horrible. It's obvious that they cater to friends and family...and I am hoping my bad customer service that I received had nothing to do with race. Ladies, you need to wise up about who you hire and who you have running your store. I'm advising the Texas Women's Conference to not have these people as vendors again.

The customer service was terrible. All I wanted was a little sympathy and instructions on how to fix the item that broke the day after I bought it. I received no help at all.
