Today Bill Miller is a family owned and operated business with 77 locations in the San Antonio, Austin, Corpus Christi and surrounding areas.
We take pride in cooking all our barbecued meats in pits smoked with 100% live oak wood. We offer a variety of meats such as brisket, sausage, bar-b-q chicken, pork spareribs, turkey and fried chicken. We specialize in the baking of breads and pies made fresh daily. Provided by YP.comThis location never gets my order correct. I am always overcharged and has anyone noticed that the portions are uneven? My three sides were so small that they didn't even count as a full serving according to the USDA.
Although this time my bun wasn't stale, my food portions were halved AND I was charged for a plate that came with three sides and only received two. (We had 2 plate orders.) Whats worse is that the young girl who was manager at the time seemed to care less.
