By far the worst experience I’ve ever had with a company...

We purchased a bedroom set, the salesman was great. Set-up delivery date and thought everything would be good. We were wrong.

The day before delivery I was told the mattress hadn’t arrived, I asked a simple question, why. The rep put me on hold to call the warehouse, I was then told it had arrived and would be delivered. This turned out to be a lie. Delivery shows up and no mattress. I call the manager and he verified that it didn’t ship from the mattress factory.

Second, the headboard and dresser had mold. The manager sets up a new order for those items, with no estimated date of when we’d receive them. I did receive my mattress 3 days later. Two weeks pass before we get our next delivery, with no updates offered by Bel, I had to call to ask them when my stuff would arrive.

Delivery day number 3, and again the dresser has mold, thankfully the headboard was good. It took 4 deliveries and almost a month after my initial delivery date to receive all my furniture.

During this whole process the manager, James, was not very helpful, offering primarily excuses, and BS stories of his own delivery issues with other companies. I’ve also tried contacting the district manager. Two months and four emails and I’ve yet to hear anything back. They did refund my delivery fee. So, I spend around $4500 and they refund $140, a .03% refund. Their customer service has been less than helpful as well.

I suggest you do not do business with this company, they have no regard for their customers.

My wife and I went shopping here the other day for bed sets and even though my kid was screaming, they were very patient with us. Mr. Randy M was the gentlemen who assisted us. He was very helpful, patient and believe he got us the best deal possible. Bel Furniture stores are typically pretty spending. This particular location however was affordable with plenty options to choose from. I would recommend shopping here to any Dad who is tired of building cheaper garbage furniture from other vendors.

We had great customer service and extremely helpful employee named Louie O, I would highly recommended for him to assist you!

We went to go look for a matter at Bell they were having a sale and we bumped into Luis the Sales person. He was very informative and help me pic out the perfect mattress for us and had a friendly not pushy attitude (like most salesmen) gave our space to talk it over and answered all the questions we had about our payment and options. As we were talking we came to find out he was from El Paso ...and were we! So we automatically felt like home... And I will recommend this place to all our friends... Just ask for LUIS!

just ordered some furniture about a week ago. prices and quality of furniture exceeded my expectations. salesperson dilia was were helpful and informative. hoping delivery is just as great as experience has been so far.

Whenever the legs broke on my 7 year old daughter’s dresser and almost crushed her, I thought that it might be the right time to find a new one. First place i went to was Bel. I heard they had great prices, but WOW! I never imagined it would be THIS good. We got a gorgeous dresser for a little over $300! You cannot beat that! Now I just need to get my daughter to stop being afraid of dressers.

Bel Furniture saved my Black Friday. About a week before the holiday my brother broke one of my dining room chairs...and then as I inspected my dining room set further, it seemed like it was all about to fall apart. I heard Bel was offering all sorts of promotions so I rushed out over and indeed I did get a great deal. They delivered it just in time before my entire family came over. the whole dinner they kept complimenting the table. And I am in love with it. Thanks Bel.

Surprised to see good ratings, check bbb to find real ratings..poorest delivery and customer service ever seen. 10:00 pm still waiting delivery..think I was lied to AGAIN!!

i went to bel a few weeks back, they had some kind of million dollar sale thing going on. I finally got my daughter a nice desk for her room to do her homework (i know a little late), i just don’t like it when she studies in her bed, she always end up just taking a nap. Anyways i got a great price on one she liked. And it is pretty darn sturdy, it will work nicely when she moves on to college or her own place eventually. I’d shop here again.

I went to Bel looking for bunk beds for my sons. We got there and they made a beeline right for the one they wanted. I checked over the price and it looked pretty good to me so we decided that was the one! As we were ringing up our purchase, the saleswoman asked us if we needed delivery and helped us set it up easily. All in all, it was a great experience!

It’s football season! We went to Bel because we needed home theater seating. We’ve been thinking about it for a while so… The sales staff made us feel really welcome and let us test out what we wanted. Game day’s going to be awesome!!!

Really appreciate the guy who helped me pick out my dining room set at Bel yesterday. I had no idea what style I wanted and they have a HUUUGGGE selection, so he helped me narrow it down to something that would go good in my house.

after reading the negative reviews i was hesitant to goto the san antonio showroom but when i went in there all the negativity went out the door. the salespeople were ACTUALLY concerned and were very helpful. i asked about the negative reviews and they informed me and my husband that they are under new management and are getting the place better. i will def. recomend this place to my friends!

My boys have been begging for bunkbeds forever. I know in a couple of years, they are going to change their mind, so I didn't want to spend a lot. Thanks to Bel I was able to make my boys happy and not worry if they only use them for a few years.

I strongly DON'T recommend this furniture store! I went in and selected furniture for nursery, plus paid in full all in one day! I was told it would be delivered in 3 weeks. The day before the delivery date, I received a call stating that the furniture was not in so was not going to be delivered nor did they have another date. My husband called and asked how is that possible? The lady just said she didnt know anything. He told her that they cant just tell people the furniture is not in and not know when it will be. She placed him on hold 3 times and finally she said she called corporate office and was told to give us a date of 5 days later. Here we are 5 days later and NO FURNITURE! we got a call yesterday saying we would get a call this morning with a delivery time. We received NO CALL. We called at 11AM, were told they dont start deliveries till noon and so we would get a call back. It is now almost 4PM, and nothing. We have been calling the store for the passed hour and the lady who answers, lets us know we are going to be placed on hold. She never comes back on line. We called to speak to manager and still were put on hold. We gave up, are had to go in person. We are SO DISAPPOINTED! They dont care about their customers, especially since they already got the full payment :(

Had a great experience with these guys, from browsing to purchase to delivery. I didn't feel pressures by the sales person. On the contrary, I found him to be incredibly helpful and he even let me know about their 3D Sale that ended up saving me 10% that day.

My daughter just graduated from college and, as a gift, I wanted to buy her some “grown-up” furniture. I was hesitant to even tell her though, because I knew my budget couldn’t stretch too far. However, when I saw the ad for Bel Furniture’s $100 Million Sale, with every item marked down, I decided to take a chance. My daughter and I showed up at the huge showroom in San Antonio with cautious expectations, but, as soon as we started looking around, I knew we would be able to get everything she wanted and more. In fact, I bought double what I thought we could and she loves every piece!

I came to Bel Furniture to get a new mattress for my room. The salesman was friendly and helpful and they gave me such a good deal, I ended up getting a new bed frame too! I’d definitely come back to Bel Furniture and recommend it to all my friends.

My son just outgrew his old bed and I came to This store to get a new one. Once I walked in, everyone was so helpful and there was a deal to get a new Xbox with kids’ furniture! I got a whole set of new furniture for my son’s room and he got an Xbox!

My sister was buying a new mattress and wanted me to come with her, even though I wasn’t going to buy anything. As soon as we got to Bel Furniture, someone helped us right away and showed us all the good sales for the anniversary. Even though I wasn’t going to buy anything, I ended up getting a TV console because it was such a good deal!
