As far as I can tell, the work they did was fine. However, I got my car back with about $100 worth of stuff missing. Leaving it in there might have been my fault (took it in after an already long day and was just eager to get home) but it's just adding insult to injury to flat out steal from me after I already got reamed on the repairs. All I was told is that nobody had any idea about it and that they'd ask Gilbert when he got back from lunch. I definitely won't be bringing my car back here. Most car repair places are sketchy enough, but I'd rather not do business with people who actually steal from me.

Took my car in for hail damage. I was given an estimate from my ins. along with a check, & told to pay the body shop directly. Dropped off my car & was told to hold on to the check until my vehicle is ready. 3 wks. later my car is ready. However, I'm told that unfortunately they can't accept the check cause it's made out to me & the finance bank. Not only that, but I was also told that the person who installed a new windshield put the wrong one. That weekend I was told the installer was on his way to replace my windshield & they would call me when it was ready. No call whatsoever. Monday morning I go to the shop before work & was told the guy never showed up, but "is on his way". Windshield was the right one, however it was installed badly because I can hear air coming in through the top while driving. I call them & the guy tells me he will have the window installer contact me. It's been a week & no call! *Oh, and they falsely advertise that they work with deductibles.

Great mechanics, friendly staff, all around great company. I use them for my business and personal vehicles. They go out of their way to take care of us.
