I called Axxon Services, Inc because they were the local services company recommended by the manufacturer. it was a day before Valentines day weekend and are reservations were full. I am happy to say that they quickly responded and repaired everything the same day. I was even more impressed to receive a phone call the next day to ask if the repair was holding up. Everything is still working fine. I highly recommend Axxon Services, Inc. Thank you Axxon.

Axxon Services, Inc is amazing! They responded immediately to our booth in the middle NIOSA to repair our fryer that stopped working. The technician was amazing and the service was priceless. Thank you Axxon. You have earned our restaurant business for life.

they will encourage you to take your appliance/s to them and will provide you with a crazy estimate and of course you not going to pay that so they will make you pay over $100 just LOOKING AT IT .

We are a new business in TX leasing two Cold Draft Ice Machines set up by Axxon Services, Inc. The machines are supposed to be top of the line and our monthly expense reflects what should be high-quality and yet these machines have never worked correctly. We have had them adjusted repeatedly to no avail. Either we have hollow, paper thin cubes or we have a solid ice mountain. We have received absolutely no help from Axxon Services and when presented with an invoice for work done on the machines they intentionally tried to void our warranty, so we would have to pay them. We are now locked into a 33 month contract with ice machines that still do not work correctly. Unethical Business! BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE

It was great doing business with Axxon Services, Inc. in San Antonio Texas. Their parts department is very informative and had all our parts in stock. They were able to ship them immediately to get us back up and running. We are very happy to have discovered Axxon Services, Inc and will definitely buy all are food service parts from them.

Thanks to Axxon Services for answering my emergency call this busy Valentine's weekend. They came out to my place of business within the hour that I called to get my kitchen unit fixed. Thanks to them I was able to open on time and with full functional equipment on Sunday!
