Robert helped me to check out my eureka for a new belt. I am a senior citizen with a balance problem. He brought by vacuum in, replaced the belt and put the vacuum back in the trunk of my car.Also, he gave me advice about my floor steamer. Thank you Robert. I will always come to Austin Vacuum for my service needs.

Robert was very helpful in his recommendation of a Simplicity S18 canister vacuum for our specific need. Now after almost 9 years I have been extremely satisfied with Robert & our S18. I have found Austin Vacuum to be competitive both on parts (replaced hose after 7+ years) and bags & filters (annually). So much so, that I wait until we are in San Antonio (45 miles) to buy from Robert. For a small store, they have a great selection, friendly atmosphere, knowledge people.
