By far the best experiance I’ve had with a tree service co. Outstanding crew, knowledgeable but willing to listen to my input or concerns.

Artistic Trees has been trimming my trees for many years and I have always been pleased with their work. I recently had some landscaping done and couldn't be happier. The crew was very friendly, enjoyed their work, and were open to some suggestions I made. They were very thorough in cleaning up before they left. I would definitely recommend Artistic Trees to my friends and neighbors.

Wonderful service from a very professional company. They came out and re-did the flower bed in my front yard and I was very pleased with the way the job was completed. Not to mention the manner they kept everything clean during and after their work. I would definitely recommend them and would use Artistic Trees in the future for my landscaping needs!

We have been using Artistic Trees for 10 years for our landscaping & tree care needs. Rene has always given us good advice on what would work in our yard and then followed through on making it happen. His people are great, whether it is installing new landscaping or trimming and caring for our native trees. They do careful work, make sure we are happy with what has been done and clean up everything before leaving.

The entire Artistic Trees team is phenomenal! They just installed everything from enormous Monterrey Oaks, Italian Cypress and Juniper trees to the most colorful flowering pots worthy of a magazine cover! The crew is professional and timely and the plants used are first-rate. I've never submitted a rating for anything...but this company earned my doing so. I highly recommend their services.

I love how my ash trees and laurel tree look now that I had them professionally cut for the first time in years. Artistic Trees, Inc. sent Rene to evaluate our trees and I learned so much about them and what they needed. Several men worked most of the day to do a very thorough and professional job. They took pride in their work and wanted to know if I liked it. They worked hard and steady and cleaned up beautifully afterward. I thought the price was very fair for the amount and quality of work done and would recommend you give them a call. I plan on having them do some landscaping now as they are reliable and have some very good ideas for the Texas climate. The trees look awesome and my spouse didn't have to kill himself doing it. I have been using Artistic Tree service for about 10 years.

With each year I have increased the service from tree trimming to now complete landscaping. In fact, we decided to redo our complete backyard and without hesitation, or price shopping we just called Artistic Trees.

The project included:

• a major retaining wall enhancement (railroad ties)

• creation and build of three split level terraces (flower beds) with Windsor stone

• creation of a drainage system to allow for the excess water to drain out at a desired location

• existing flowerbed reduction

• laid new grass

• laid river rock on side

• extended old wood fence and built a new wood fence gate

• created a ½ moon river rock and flagstone patio entrance

• spread lawn dressing on the existing grass

• sprinkler system operational check and required backflow inspection

Rene’s whole team at Artistic Trees is professionals. They take pride in their work regardless if it is trimming trees, lying stone, or sprinkler systems they are a complete yard service. With each visit Matt and team have accommodated our desires and concerns to satisfaction. Bottom-line they exceeded expectations.

I made initial contact with the company on a Wednesday for a relatively minor job of pruning my 4 full size oak trees, and I was told that the company would be at my home on Saturday at 10am to provide me with an estimate. Saturday rolled around and the company was a no show. I called the company and left a voicemail message stating that if there was a reason for the delay to please call me. They never returned my phone call. I guess they don't need the business.

Contacted company to do an estimate. It took several weeks and numerous phonecalls on my part to get one. Original price quoted was approx. $75 every two weeks. Once I got the estimate, it was an intial fee of $300, then $75 each weeks as they needed to trim shrubs etc., since the home was vacant. I agreed. They only cut the grass one time, and I got a bill for over $150...when I arrived at our new home, no shrubs had been trimmed. The bill I recieved in the mail only indicated lawn service, and did not provide any details as to what they actually did for the $150. Called the company, but was told I needed to call back in the morning to speek with the owner. Not to thrilled with their customer service.
