Use at your own risk ! Armstrong Transportation threatened to stop during the move unless they were paid more money. (Over $ 1,000 more). That is called bait and switch. Debating contacting the State Attorney General.

They will schedule you move but never show up. I had to call them almost 10 different time before they picked up only to find out the booked somebody else for my time. The lady even laughed when she told me. Very unprofreshanal.

I got an estimate from this company for one price, and after telling the other companies that gave me an estimate, "no" and calling Armstrong to tell them I had chosen them, they up'd the price by over $100, even though I had the original estimate in writing. Then after agreeing to the new price, the told me they couldn't even move me on the date that we agreed upon, which was also in my WRITTEN estimate that they originally gave to me. Armstrong has horrible customer service.



Two Men and a Truck was able to do it for much cheaper, and on short notice. Don't use Armstrong, there are many moving companies to chose from aside from Armstrong!
