I have waited almost a year to write a review in hopes this would have been resolved and it would not have to be a negative review. However, here I am w/ a negative review :O( I hired Alpha Omega Movers back in March 2014 to move 45 minutes away. 1 dining room chair and a few flower pots were broken and a very sentimental handmade birdhouse never made it to my new home at all. I called and spoke w/ the owner Ben. He explained to me that the movers were doing me a favor in moving the flower pots because they are not suppose to, sooo nothing could be done about that. In regard to the chair he said to text him a picture and he would have it fixed or would pay to have it replaced. As for the birdhouse, he would check the warehouse and let me know if it was located. Since then I left many, many messages to no avail. Ben did answer one call after I decided to call from a different phone number, that's when he assured me his "claims department" was taking care of it and I would hear from them shortly... that was on 5/8/14 at 12:24 pm. I suggest KEEP looking, DO NOT Use Alpha Movers LLC! very disappointing

First Move on August 2014 was SUPER Team Mark&Phillip took care of my furniture as if it were their own. They both got the job done FAST! Thank You alphaomegamovers

Was called the day of the move and told movers would be early after waiting 15 minutes past original appt time I called the company. Another 30 minute wait before calling again told the actual movers should have called me. When they finally did I was told they were stopping for lunch it's 3pm now an hour late. Didn't get started 415. Unable to disconnect washer so I have to hire someone else now. They had to follow me to my new place and decided to go 55mph in the highway costing me more time when we finally arrived they were yelling and joking around only one of them was working and they got mud on my brand new carpet. Seemed offended when I only gave them a 25 dollar tip each. Worse experience ever and a total waste of 400 dollars. Never again am I hiring this company to steal my money and do a horrible job.

Excellent Movers!!! James and Steve were very professional, courteous & experienced movers. They were very cautious with all my furniture and boxes. Worth every penny spent! I would highly recommend them to anyone.

When the guys showed up both were humble down to earth and very helpful. I have used them before four yrs ago and used them again. They are quick and professional. I would recommend them.

Very bad experience. I hire Alpha Omega to move my household stuff from Seattle to San Jose.

The sales manager was very polite and describe their movers as best movers. He mentioned that they have very good system and mechanism to handle and track items.



However at the end my experience was very bad,

1. When truck came to my target location, my house hold items were stuffed if very small space at the end of truck. Delicate items were not at all given attention and they were put under the heavy items. My 52" television was kept vertically instead of standard horizontal position, this was done just to fit it in small space.

2. There were several items missing.

3. When we tried to follow up with service department, they kept on passing our call from one department to other. I tried to email the sales manager who was very responsive at the time when we wanted to hire them but he not even acknowledged my email about problems i faced. I sent him several emails but not a single reply, such a arrogant behavior !!!



I would not recommend this movers to my friend.

I have used Alpha and Omega Movers on three separate occasions, and each time, the help was greatly appreciated. Thank you Alpha Omega Movers for making my move an easy transition.

I used Alpha Omega Movers approximately two years ago in 2011 and was very satisfied. The movers were careful with my property and very courteous. I can honestly say that nothing was stolen or damaged during the move. I contacted them once again this month May 2013 and set an appointment for 06/01/2013 at 9 am.due to the excellent job they did back in 2011. I hope that I will be completely satisfied once again although I have read some concerning reviews from unsatisfied customers. I do know that all it takes is one rotten apple to ruin a company's name. I will continue to use this moving company and will recommend it to family and friends based on my personal experience and on other Postive Reviews I read.

The crew is amazing! They are very professional and fast! Alpha Omega is by the far the best deal in San Antonio. I definitely would recommend everyone to stop getting quotes from other movers and just call Alpha Omega. You won't be disappointed!

I had scheduled a move w/this company 3 months in advance. The day of the move they were supposed to be @ the house @ 1030. They never showed up. I called & was told they had my day wrong, & someone would be @ my house ASAP. Waited over an hour & no one showed or did not receive a call. I called & was told they had to wait on one more person & they would be @ my house. Waited another hour & was told they had to finish a job & i would be next on their list. Was told now that they would not be able to show up till 330-5p. I got upset after waiting all day & moving majority of the stuff myself. I asked for a discount. I was told that they will give me a discount by adding a third guy & not charging me for him & not charging me an arrival fee. Since i had moved majoirty of the stuff myself i felt i didnt need a third guy. I advised him of that & told him that i wanted to get @ least half off the fee they were charging me. He told me i can go w/another moving company.

Basically they never showed up & were very unprofessional!! would not recommend this company to anyone!!! Workers very rude!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hello, i have contracted Alpha Omega Movers on three different occasions and have not been dissapointed. They have moved my office 1 and my household possesions twice also. Each time they planned and moved everything with no problems. They are knowledgable, hardworking movers, who really have invaluable experience. The prices are geat.

This company was supposed to move a piano for us as my Mother's Christmas Present. They quoted us a fair price for and set up an appointment for the Monday after Christmas.

They NEVER SHOWED UP.



Over the course of 6 hours I repeatedly called them to ask where they were.

About 50% of the time they didn't even answer the phone.

When I was actually able to get them on the phone, the owner kept telling me that "The truck is on the way" and that he'd call me right back to let me know where they were.



Eventually, They stopped answering the phone.

This company wasted my entire day, refused to tell me why, and left my Mother without a Christmas Present.



They don't know how to treat people like human beings.

This company does not deserve my money, and they don't deserve yours.

Don't waste your time with them.
