This company was timely and incredibly professional. Luke showed up and went through a full diagnostic on our system. He found where there was an electrical issue, buried and broken sprinkler heads and showed me all of these. After making all of the repairs, he walked me through how to program our system (this system hadn’t worked correctly since we bought the house). Like also pointed out some areas in our backyard where the sprinklers weren’t reaching, despite adjustments to spray. He didn’t try to salesman pitch more work, but he did tell me that if we ever wanted to fix that that the company could come out to provide an estimate. Luke was friendly, courteous and knew exactly what he was doing. We will definitely be utilizing this company again in the future.

I saw a lot of feedback on this company and thought wow finally an honest company. Wow was I wrong. I had a broken pipe in my front yard due to a landscaper breaking the pipe when removing two dead hedges. I normally do repairs like this myself but I needed to be at work so I went ahead and hired this company and asked my daughter to pay them when they completed the work. I received a notification saying that they charged me 190 dollars and I almost passed out. This job required about 10 worth of materials and could be done in about an hour (that’s a stretch). I called to ask why the price was so high and was told that he charges 95 dollars an hour. Wow, I have a master plumber that does work for me and this company charged more per hour than a master plumber. On top of all this I have cameras all around my house that record everything including when you ring the doorbell. Needless to say it didn’t take two hours and the cameras recorded them spending a lot of time doing nothing. Just to see what other companies would of charged I called around and the average was about 75 dollars. Be careful hiring this company unless you just like throwing away your hard earned money

Very disappointed. My first day of work there. The guy that was showing me the ropes, told me that the guy before quit , because of Dwayne the owner. They got into a physical wrestling match.
Then today , he told me pretty much that he wasn't gonna pay me and have a good life. I have all the messages that he sent me. So I went back today to explain to the homeowner that I worked at, that he wasn't gonna pay me and that they are over charging her. I rang the doorbell and he charges me and throws a punch. Keep in mind , this is the owner of the company. Very unprofessional and no sense of business. His punch landed on my left hand. We call the cops and hopefully, people will see what type of person that he is. Very rude, unacceptable.

I was very disappointed after this business had taken my backflow preventer and led me for two weeks that it was locked up in a safe. After several demanding phone calls and promises to bring part out to my house the next day. I finally received phone call that they had thrown my part away. This is unacceptable!!! After I find out who the DBA is for this company I intend to resolve this matter in small claims court. Stay away from this company.

It was a big mistake to call Alamo irrigation. Our sprinkler system was flooding the street in our new home. Right away they told me we needed a new rain sensor which in retrospect we probably didn't. need. They came back for a second visit and had no recollection of what they had told me they needed to do to fix it. They came up with a second plan and guaranteed it was fixed and set it on automatic ( they actually charged us just to set it)We told him we were going out of town and may be should just turn it off til we got back. He said no that it would be fine. We went out of town and while we were gone it flooded the street and we weren't there to turn it off. Then we set up another appointment and Dwayne never showed up. When I called he saiid he had been in a "car accident " and would call back. He never called back. $600 dollars later and our sprinkler is unusable because it floods the street. DO NOT TRUST THEM!! Minus 600 stars for them!

Very pleased with this company! After an initial misunderstanding on the requested work to be done, Dwayne proved to be a man of very high integrity, and made sure the job was done to our satisfaction in a very timely manner! Will definitely recommend them to anyone!
