Wonderful pompt service and provided extremely helpful advice. My fireplace damper had rusted shut and I couldn't break it free. Alamo arrived on time, freed the damper and put my fireplace back in working order. He also correctly identified the entry point for a squirrel that entered and established residence between the first and 2nd floors of my house with in and out priviledges. He told me how to screen in my chimney vent and I had the critter out and blocked the same day I got the advice. Highly recommend!!
