I have called these guys several times requesting a refund of $22.00 (ya now you know who this is) on an over charge. I have not received a call back or a check in the mail NOTHING. If I do not receive a refund by the end of this month I will be calling DOT & IRS these guys love to audit books especially since "Alamo..ACE....A-E movers what ever you want to call yourself this month charges tax on something they are not allowed to. Did I forget to tell you one of my bosses is specialized Tax Law Attorney....OPPS...Guys really messed up this time and oh by the way changing your name of the company won't help... not this time. If you are going to run a business be honest and fair and you will make LOTS of money...Screw the wrong person 1 time even though it's only $22.00 I hope you do whats right or the IRS & TXDOT will do what ever it is they have to, to make sure the honest hard working, small compay owner continues to grow.

If you want to save yourself time and money DO NOT USE ACE MOVERS!!! Do your research there are Tons and Tons of Bad reviews for this company - and it is All the same story!



SEVEN hours late

Was not carefull with my belongs

Charged me double!!

Jason, the owner, kept giving excuses after excuse as to why the movers could not make thier scheduled apointment. And hour or even and hour and a half late is OK.... I could deal with that, but SEVEN hours late?!?!?!? AND he even said he was going to give me a discount..... NOPE he charged me double.



Oh and one the the movers said they couldn't take cash, because someone's wallet was stolen and he was sitting on all these checks.... what any of that has to do with paying with a check... I don't know.....



Unfortunatley the posts that were 5 stars, are false posts by Ace movers themselves.....



I can't belive how bad I was screwed by the company.....

This was the worst moving company I have ever used!! They claim to give you good rates, they tack on a huge fee for taxes, once everything is said and done with. That is not even the worst part! They were SEVEN, let me repeat, SEVEN hours late!!!! Can you believe that?? And I waited for them, maybe that was my mistake..... The manager or whoever promised a discount since they were soo far behind. They should have told the previous customer they had other appointments. I had a very simple move, no surprises then they charge me ALMOST double!!!! Oh not to mention they dropped my grandmother's antique table..... It barely made it, then they wanted to try to take all kinds of shortcuts, getting our large furniture in the house. Take off an entire door, instead of just going a couple more feet to a bigger door....



One of the movers was really nice, and tried do get the things done that we requested, I appreciate his attitude. Really the management is SO poor at this place, they don't know how to properly book appointments and then keep the appointments

Jason Flores was clearly drunk or on drugs, very late, and very rude

he actually put his card down the front of my shirt and made sexual remarks

Had to fire him on the spot

then he offered a refund with this whole 'golly, gee whiz ma'am' apology .....and wrote us a hot check!

It's 1 1/2 hours after my scheduled pickup time on Tuesday July 22 (9:30). I've had no call and no one answers their phone. The mailbox is full so I can't even leave a message. I'd recommend another mover at this point.

Professional attitude,great work ethic. Will definitely use them again!!!

WOW THESE GUYS ARE AMAZING THEY UNLOAD OUR 26 FOOT TRUCK UP THREE FLIGHTS OF STAIRS IN LESS THAN AN HOUR. THAT WAS CRAZY, GO WITH ACE MOVERS IF YOU HAVE ANY MOVINGS NEEDS . TRUST ME!!!!!

So far, the definitely not the best moving experience for me. I have been waiting 7 hrs past my scheduled pickup time with no explanation as to why they are running late. Lowest price guaranteed - buyer beware, you get what you pay for!!

Ace movers bail me out of a jam when my other movers didnt show up.I called Jason at Ace movers and he sent over his crew which were very polite and very quick. they knock out my job in a timing matter!! thank you so much , I will be recommending my very body I know with moving needs to this company. And I recommend these guys they reasonable and very cool.
